The Grove at Hearth is admitting its Founding Class for the 2026–2027 school year, the first full cohort of students at the school. We expect to enroll ten to fourteen families. Our admissions process is designed to tell us whether each family is the right fit for The Grove's model, and whether The Grove is the right school for each child. It takes time, and it produces an honest answer. Families who complete the process receive a written academic placement report for their child regardless of the admissions outcome.

For 2026–2027, current tuition is held for families who enroll by May 22nd.

Discovery Call
A first conversation to understand your child, your family, and the reason you reached out. The goal is shared clarity on whether the next stage makes sense.
Parent-Only Tour
Parents visit the school without the child. Space for candid questions, honest reactions, and the conversations that are easier to have without a young listener in the room.
Formal Application
Submitted online. Academic history, prior placements, and the specifics that help us prepare for your child. The application is a foundation, not a gauntlet.
Family Interview
A working conversation about expectations, commitment, and fit. We confirm alignment on what the school does and what we ask of families in return.
Student Trial Day
Your child spends a full day at The Grove before any commitment is made on either side. It is the most accurate test of fit either party will get, and it produces the data the placement document is built on.
Placement Document & Decision
After the trial day, we deliver a written placement document with honest, specific data on where your child stands and what their first months at The Grove would look like. The family decides from there.
We will send you a personalized learning roadmap for your child regardless of whether you enroll.

The placement document families receive at the end of the admissions sequence is theirs. It names where their child stands in each subject, against Texas TEKS and Common Core, and what the first months of study at The Grove would address. Whether or not the family enrolls, that document is the deliverable. It is the most concrete artifact our admissions process produces, and it is one of the reasons families remember the conversation.

Each schedule is built for a different kind of family.
Tuition holds your child's seat and covers the full educational relationship with The Grove, including travel periods and school breaks, not just days physically attended. Ten monthly payments, June 2026 through April 2027. No payment in December.
